Welcome to my blog! Here is a New Zentangle Tangleation for you to try. I will have lots of exciting new Tangles, Tangleations and Zentangle Inspired Art Techniques for all you tanglers out there so follow me to make sure you don’t miss anything! For those of you who have not discovered this beautiful art form, find all about Zentangle® here!
Full disclosure! I work for Tombow USA as their Signature Designer. I am financially compensated for this consulting job and receive Tombow Products on a regular basis to review and write about. The opinions here are completely my own based on my experience.
For the tangle posts I need to apologize if you have already created a similar tangle. It’s hard to keep up with all you creative tanglers creating new and wonderful patterns! This is a new Zentangle tangleation of one of my favorite official Zentangle® tangles, Cubine.
I named it ‘Go home Cubine, you’re drunk!’ as it reflects my quirky sense of humor. Also, to remember we are all having fun tangling, right?

For the modern calligraphy in the title, I have used Tombow’s Fudenosuke Brush Pen, Hard Tip. You can download a FREE Lettering Practice Worksheet from the Tombow website here to learn modern calligraphy with this pen!
For drawing this tangle, I used Tombow’s new MONO Drawing Pens. They come in 01, 03 and 05 tip sizes. They are juicy with nice strong tips that don’t bend if you are like me and heavy handed when drawing.
For shading the tangle, I used Tombow's MONO Drawing Pencil. These artist grade, extra-refined graphite pencils produce superior shading of your tangles. They come in 14 point strengths from soft 6B to a hard 6H. The package of Tombow's MONO Drawing Pencils I've linked to is a package of 12 6B-4H. The shading here was done with a 2B MONO Drawing Pencil.
‘Go home Cubine, you’re drunk’ is a new tangleation that I have not previously published. Have some crazy fun with it! Oh, and drinking wine while creating this tangle is helpful!
